Ask and I'll know you are interested in learning. Ask and I'll decide if I am to teach you. Asking comes before telling . . . if you don't ask you may never know . . .

Learning with Down Syndrome

For those of you who are not aware . . . I have two sons who have survived with me. They are gifts from God!!

My youngest is a strong personality image of me. He'll be entering the sixth grade next year. Rather intelligent if I do say so myself. He's got a lot of doors open to him.

My oldest son graduated high school this month (May). He worked while achieving all of his senior year IEP goals. He is now working full time. Rather intelligent if I do say so myself. He's got a lot doors open to him.

What some of you may not realize is my oldest has Down Syndrome. He's taught me more being the supposed slower learner than I think I have taught him. The greatest lesson is love!!
